2.500 anys després de l'antiga escola de safo a l'illa de lesbos,
el 1991, es va fundar la schule für dichtung. és un experiment
de l'escola de poesia en el qual els poetes poden organitzar ells
mateixos el seu ensenyament i la seva disciplina d'aprenentatge.
la schule für dichtung no és una universitat en el sentit
convencional, sinó més aviat un laboratori d'inspiració,
en el qual els estudiants treballen en els seus aspectes més
creatius supervisats per poetes experimentats. poetes reconeguts i
estudiants es troben en les acadèmies o seminaris internacionals,
que duren quinze dies. gràcies a una estreta experimenten totes
les formes poètiques a través de les tècniques
d'escriptura, de recitació i textuals. en total més
de 1.400 estudiants han assistit a les classes des de la seva inauguració.
a través de tallers, lectures, simposis i publicacions, la
schule für dichtung in wien convida al debat sobre la possibilitat
d'ensenyar i aprendre la literatura, i traspassa així les fronteres
de la publicació en format llibre, que és l'hegemònica
a europa.
a la schule für dichtung in les formes no escrites d'expressió,
com la poesia acústica, visual, binària, culinària
o sonora mostren altres aspectes de la poesia com a tal. a través
de performances poètiques visionàries i imaginatives,
la schule für dichtung s'ha guanyat el reconeixement com a líder
en el aquest camp d'expressió poètica i aquesta manera
d'entendre la poesia a europa.
medellín (colòmbia), frankfurt/main (alemanya) i lüdenscheid
(alemanya) són les tres ciutats estrangeres que han acollit
per primera vegada les acadèmies de la schule für dichtung.
la fundació de la schule für dichtung in wien va ser iniciativa
del poeta i performer vienès ide hintze. li van fer costat
com a cofundadors sonja orator-moor, especialista en màrqueting
i organització d'equips de treball, christian loidl i christine
huber, dos poetes, editors i visionaris de l'àmbit poètic
vienès.

2500 years after the ancient school of sappho on the isle of lesbos,
the schule für dichtung was founded in 1991. it is an experiment
of the school for poetry where poets can organize their teaching and
learning discipline themselves.
the schule für dichtung is not a college in the conventional
sense, more a laboratory for inspiration, where students can work
in their most creative way supervised by experienced poets. recognized
poets and students meet each other during the international academies,
which last a fortnight each. by joint creative collaboration one experiences
all forms of poetry through the techniques of writing, speaking and
gesture. all in all there has been more than 1.400 students attending
classes since its inaugural year.
through workshops, readings, symposiums, and publications the schule
für dichtung in wien evokes discussion about the teachability
& learnability of literature. thus extending the literature boundaries
of book publishing, which currently prevail in europe.
within the schule für dichtung in non-written forms of expressions,
such as acoustic, visual, binary poetry, cooking and sound poetry,
form new aspects of poetry itself. through its visionary, imaginative
poetry-performances the schule für dichtung has become recognized
as a leader in its field of poetry expression and understanding in
europe.

held its academies abroad.
the founding of the schule für dichtung in wien was initiated
by viennese poet and performance artist ide hintze. he was assisted
by co-founders sonja orator-moor, a specialist in marketing and team-organisation,
christian loidl and christine huber, both poets, editors and visionaries
of the viennese poets' scene.

acadèmia virtual 2001
l'acadèmia
virtual 2001 està organitzada per l'escola de poesia de viena
amb la cooperació de l'acadèmia de belles arts de viena
i diverses entitats austríaques.
deu anys justos després de la fundació de l'escola ens
trobem davant d'una nova situació que ens porta a repensar
i tornar a desenvolupar el projecte de dalt a baix. abans era la qüestió
de la possibilitat d'"ensenyar" la literatura allò
que ens preocupava; avui dia ens preocupa l'ensenyament i l'aprenentatge
virtual, la seva estructuració i possible organització.
la situació acadèmica descrita per plató es basava
en la presència individual de tots els qui participaven en
el procés educatiu, un fet que actualment es qüestiona.
la limitació del nombre de participants també és
discutible: els criteris de selecció i avaluació són
igualment qüestionables.
¿podem traslladar l'ensenyament, amb l'ús d'internet,
al món virtual o potser les noves xarxes també generen
noves formes didàctiques que capgiren, en el sentit platònic,
l'ensenyament mateix i deixen per sempre enrere l'aula tradicionalment
tancada i la transporten a qualsevol altre indret?
des del 8.10. fins al 16.12.2001, l'acadèmia virtual és
oberta a tots els usuaris d'internet.
els 8 cursos de l'"acadèmia virtual 2001" estan sota
la supervisió d'autors que treballen individualment o en equip.
aquests cursos se centraran en "el llenguatge i els signes a
internet" mitjançant exercicis d'escriptura creativa,
d'àudio, de vídeo i d'internet.

organized by the vienna poetry school in cooperation with the academy
of fine arts vienna and several austrian media partners.
barely
ten years after the vienna poetry school was founded we find ourselves
standing before a new situation, to re-think and re-develop everything
from the bottom up. back then, we were faced with the question of
the "teachability" of literature, today it is the question
of virtual teaching and learning, its structuring and organizing.
the
academic situation described by plato was based on the personal presence
of the all those involved in the teaching process, and this is now
being put in question. the limitation of the participants is being
put in question. the criteria of selection and evaluation is being
put in question.
can
we translate academics using the availability of the internet into
the virtual or do the new networks also generate new forms of teaching
that, in the platonic sense, uproot the act of teaching, leaving the
traditional closed up classroom behind and transporting it elsewhere?

8.10. -16.12.2001 the virtual academy is open for all user of the
world wide web.
the 8 courses of the 'virtual academy 2001' will be conducted by authors
working individually and in teams. these courses will focus on the
subject 'language and signs in the internet' via exercises in creative
writing as well as audio-, video and web-related ones.
